Conventional Wisdom served as facility programmer, operations and technical consultant to the Spokane PFD for the Vision 20|20 master plan and worked with Seattle-based LMN Architects and ALSC Architects of Spokane in developing the initial expansion to the convention center.

The latest phase of this project includes an 18,000 square-foot exhibition hall expansion joined to a 13,500 square-foot multipurpose banquet room. The addition also includes 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and conference space. The expansion space overlooks the Spokane River and features daylighting wherever possible. Conventional Wisdom was the owner’s advisor through selection of the design-build and confirmation of the final design.
